Join us for our Autumn Clean and
Green Day on Sunday 10 November
A fantastic community day -
prioritising Forester Court and
Hampton Row
Thank you to everyone who got involved with the Bathwick Estate Clean and Green Day. It was a great team effort. Lovely to see so many neighbours and friends helping to clear all the mud and debris from our streets and pavements.
The Clean and Green initiative was set up by the Council to help us work together as a community to tidy up the estate. This involves litter picking, weed removal, sweeping up and cutting back hedges to keep our roads and pavements clear and accessible for all. Please get involved by tidying the pavements and roads outside of your own home but in addition please help on other areas of the estate in most need. If you need any help cutting back overgrown hedges or bushes please let us know and we have a team of volunteers who would be happy to help.
The Council have provided bags and you can collect them from 20 Forester Road anytime from 10.30am. The Council will collect all the gardening waste at the end of the day (or soon afterwards).
Thank you,
The BERA Committee
