A very successful Clean and Green Day
Thank you to everyone who participated
The Clean and Green initiative was set up by the Council to help us work together as a community to tidy up the estate. This involves litter picking, weed removal, sweeping up and cutting back hedges to keep our roads and pavements clear and accessible for all and to keep our drains clear. How to get involved:
1. Tidying the pavements and roads outside of your own home.
2. Join a team to help with the priority areas on the estate, such as, Forester Avenue, Forester Court and lower Hampton Row.
3. If you need help cutting back overgrown hedges please let us know and we have a team of volunteers who would be happy to help.
The Council have provided bags and you can collect them from 20 Forester Road anytime from 10.30am. The Council will collect all the gardening waste at the end of the day (or soon afterwards).
Thank you,
